Neuralisse Supplement Facts: The Whole Label, Explained Line by Line

Quick answer

One Neuralisse capsule holds 80 mg of magnesium (19% DV) and a 575 mg proprietary blend of six ingredients. Only magnesium has its own amount. By the label's weight order, alpha-lipoic acid is at most 287 mg and coenzyme Q10 at most 95 mg. The label prints no country of manufacture and no named certifier.

What does the Neuralisse label say?

The label has three parts: directions and warnings on the left, the navy front panel in the middle, and the Supplement Facts panel on the right.

Tap a number to see what that part of the label says.

  1. Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.

  2. Caution and warning

Do not exceed the dose. Not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Ask a physician first if you take medicine or have a medical condition.

  3. Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F).

  4. Children and seal

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

  5. FDA statement

The claims have not been evaluated by the FDA. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  6. Distributor

Neuralisse, Aurora, CO 80011, +1 (323) 403-4725, [email protected]. For orders placed here, use the order desk.

  7. Brand name

Neuralisse, with a glowing neuron graphic on the right.

  8. Nerve Support Formula*

The asterisk ties the claim to the FDA statement. The bottle photos print "Neuropathy Support Formula" instead.

  9. Three icons

Nerve health*, comfort support*, nutritional support. These are structure and function claims, not disease claims.

  10. Once daily

A badge at the top of the front panel: one capsule a day.

  11. 30 capsules

30 capsules per bottle: one bottle lasts 30 days.

  12. Serving size

1 capsule per serving, 30 servings per container.

  13. Magnesium 80 mg

80 mg of magnesium (19% of the Daily Value) as magnesium glycinate from the blend. The only printed amount.

  14. Proprietary blend 575 mg

Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract 95% curcuminoids, coenzyme Q10.

  15. Other ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.

  16. Panel code

ENB_430_01_061126 is printed sideways next to the panel. It is a label code, not a lot number.

Word for word

What is in one Neuralisse capsule?

Each capsule contains 80 mg (19% DV), as magnesium glycinate from the proprietary blend, plus a 575 mg blend of six ingredients. The serving is 1 capsule, and the bottle holds 30 servings, so one bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose. The FDA Daily Value for magnesium is 420 mg, so 80 mg is 19% (FDA, Daily Values), well below the NIH limit of 350 mg a day from supplements (ODS, Magnesium).

Label math

How much of each ingredient is in the proprietary blend?

Only magnesium has a printed amount. For the other five, the label shows the order but not the weights, and order is enough to set a ceiling.

FDA labeling rules require a proprietary blend to list ingredients from most to least by weight (FDA, Labeling guide). So ingredient number k can weigh no more than 575 mg divided by k. If it weighed more, the ingredients before it would push the total past 575 mg.

Most each blend ingredient can weigh in one capsule (575 mg ÷ label position). These are ceilings, not amounts.
PositionIngredient (as printed)Per capsule
1Magnesium GlycinateSupplies 80 mg of magnesium (printed)
2Alpha Lipoic AcidAt most 287 mg
3Butcher's Broom (Ruscus aculeatus) Root ExtractAt most 191 mg
4L-CarnitineAt most 143 mg
5Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Rhizome Extract 95% CurcuminoidsAt most 115 mg
6Coenzyme Q10 (as Ubiquinone)At most 95 mg
Why the real amounts are probably lower

Magnesium glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, which adds weight. Delivering 80 mg of magnesium takes well over 80 mg of the compound, leaving less room for the other five.

Label vs studies

Do the Neuralisse amounts match research doses?

Mostly no. Alpha-lipoic acid, L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 all have ceilings below the low end of the doses used in research. Turmeric's ceiling reaches the bottom of its usual product range. The ingredients overview shows each comparison in bars.

Two more gaps matter. The best-known alpha-lipoic acid results came from 600 mg a day given by IV for 3 weeks, and the benefit of pills was unclear (Mijnhout et al., 2012). The carnitine nerve trials used acetyl-L-carnitine (Di Stefano et al., 2019), while the label lists plain L-carnitine.

Two names

Why do the bottle photos and the label use different names?

The flat label prints "Nerve Support Formula." The bottle photos used in ads and on order pages print "Neuropathy Support Formula." Same product, two lines of wording.

We follow the label, because it is the printed document that ships with the product. The label wording is a structure and function claim tied to the FDA asterisk (FDA, Structure/function claims). Supplements may not claim to treat a disease (FDA, Supplements 101), and neuropathy is a medical condition. So read the pack-shot line as packaging art, not a promise.

Fair reading

Is the Neuralisse label honest and complete?

It is partly clear: every ingredient is named, but most amounts stay private.

What the label does well

  • Full ingredient list, including the five inactive ingredients
  • Magnesium amount printed, well under the 350 mg supplement limit
  • Simple dose: one vegetable capsule a day
  • Clear age, pregnancy and medicine warning

What it holds back

  • Five ingredient amounts hidden in the blend
  • No country of manufacture or named certifier
  • A butcher's broom ingredient that MSKCC lists as a do-not-take with diabetes (MSKCC, Butcher's broom)
  • No trial of Neuralisse itself

One step

What should you do with this label before buying?

Save a photo and show it to your doctor or pharmacist with your medicine list. The label itself asks you to consult a physician first. Tingling or burning in your feet deserves its own checkup either way.

FAQ

Neuralisse Supplement Facts FAQ

What are the ingredients in Neuralisse?

Neuralisse has six active ingredients in a 575 mg blend: magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric rhizome extract (95% curcuminoids) and coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone. Other ingredients are hypromellose (the vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

How much magnesium is in one Neuralisse capsule?

One capsule has 80 mg of magnesium, which is 19% of the Daily Value. It comes from magnesium glycinate in the blend. That is the only ingredient amount printed on the label, and it is well under the NIH upper limit of 350 mg a day from supplements.

What is a proprietary blend on a supplement label?

A proprietary blend is a mix of ingredients listed under one total weight without each amount. FDA rules require the ingredients to appear from most to least by weight. In Neuralisse, the blend weighs 575 mg and holds six ingredients, but only magnesium has its own number.

How much alpha-lipoic acid is in Neuralisse?

At most 287 mg per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid is second in a 575 mg blend, so it cannot weigh more than half of it. The real amount is not printed and is probably lower. Studies of alpha-lipoic acid often used 600 mg a day.

Is Neuralisse made in the USA?

The label does not say. It names a distributor in Aurora, Colorado, but prints no country of manufacture. Without that line, we do not claim it is made in the USA.

Why does my Neuralisse bottle say Neuropathy Support Formula?

Some bottle photos print that wording, while the flat label image says Nerve Support Formula. We quote the label. Neither line means the product treats a disease, since supplements cannot make that claim. Call the order desk if you want to confirm which version you have.
